What You’ll Do
As a Community Manager, you will be the driving force behind building and maintaining a vibrant player community. You’ll be responsible for engaging with players on various platforms, creating compelling content, and fostering an inclusive environment where every voice is valued. Your day-to-day tasks will include monitoring community channels, responding to player feedback, and collaborating with influencers to expand our reach. You’ll also organize and oversee online events, tournaments, and campaigns that resonate with our audience, keeping the community active and engaged.
Beyond daily interactions, you’ll work closely with the development and marketing teams to ensure that player insights are integrated into the game’s evolution. You’ll provide crucial feedback to help shape updates, features, and content that enhance the player experience. Additionally, you’ll analyze community metrics to track engagement trends, assess the success of initiatives, and identify areas for improvement. Your role will be pivotal in building a strong, loyal community that feels connected to the brand and each other.
Who You Are
You’re a passionate communicator with over 2 years of experience in community management, social media, or related fields, ideally within the gaming industry. You excel in verbal and written communication, engaging and inspiring diverse audiences with ease. Your strong understanding of social media platforms and trends allows you to effectively connect with the gaming community. You’re a problem-solver who handles challenges with grace, turning them into opportunities for growth. With a deep love for games and a solid grasp of gamer culture, you understand what makes communities thrive. You’re highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines, and you utilize community analytics to drive informed strategies. As a collaborative team player, you work seamlessly with development, marketing, and support teams, thriving in a fast-paced environment where adaptability is key.
